Class Policy

By signing up to our classes you agree to the following

We do not provide refunds for change of mind. We do not provide reimbursements for missed classes. For class un-enrollment, class attendance must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the class/course starting or half of the class fee will be charged.
Make up classes are offered at our discretion. Classes are sometimes full and we are not able to offer make up classes. If a make up class is offered, it must be within the month (adults) or school term (youth) of that booking. You can send a self tape to your teacher for feedback if a make up class cannot be offered.
If you would like to request a payment plan, please email the class teacher. Payment plans must be adhered to and paid by the date specified.
Our teachers are working actors. Thus, some classes may have a substitute teacher.
In the event of a weather event, unforeseen emergency situation, or COVID-19 lockdown, classes will move online.
