YOUTH 7-12 ‘World B4 Words’ Screen Acting School Holiday Workshop
With Dr Kylie Loveday
This workshop is specifically designed to develop the ability to live truthfully within the world of the scene - responding to the world and atmosphere.
Young actors benefit from working with Kylie because of her unique blend of psychological expertise and performance coaching. Kylie helps youth develop both personally and professionally in their craft, ensuring each child’s strength is maximised. Kylie not only provides tools to elevate your child’s craft, but also ensures they are supported to feel safe and free in their work.
Suitable for: Young actors who are seeking to professional screen acting skills, confidence, and materials.
Learn: Youth will be working on how to build the environment of the scripted situation without a set, using their imaginations! They will also learn essential screen acting techniques and confidence/focus building exercises. Your child will perform a scene and take direction from Kylie to deliver memorable and authentic performances.

TEEN 13-17 ‘World B4 Words’ Screen Acting School Holiday Workshop

Teen actors gain significant advantages from working with Kylie due to her distinctive combination of psychological insight and performance coaching. She not only enhances their acting skills but also supports their personal growth as they transition into young adulthood. TEEN Screen Acting Class
With Julia Burrell
Julia is an accredited CA teacher. Julia’s most notable screen credit is the Paramount+ children’s adventure series Rock Island Mysteries. In addition, Julia has worked extensively across film, commercial, and voice-over projects, with credits including Toyota, Supercheap Auto, Domino’s, Scratch-It Lotto, Topgolf, Extra Gum, and Nicorette. Julia creates a fun yet focussed learning environment for your child to grow in their craft and confidence.
Suitable for: Young actors in high school aged 12-17 years seeking a professional screen acting class.
Youth Learn: Essential 10 science based screen acting techniques to build their analysis skills. They will also do confidence/focus building exercises. Your child will perform a scene and take direction from Julia to deliver memorable and authentic performances.
Cost: $550 ($50 sibling discount per child). Payment plans available.
Receive: A scene each week recorded on your SD card with professional lighting and sound. You will have 10 demo reel scenes for your child’s casting profiles, or scenes to approach an agent with.

American Accent Workshops

YOUTH 7-12 American Accent Workshop
With Dr Kylie Loveday
Kylie is not only an actor, but also a classical and contemporary singer and voice artist. She has been working with the American Accent for over 15 years and is an American Permanent resident. Kylie’s notable credits using the US accent include Space Chickens and Space and One Perfect Match. With over 30 years of classical voice training, Kylie teaches the American accent using vocal pedagogy.
Suitable for: Youth actors seeking to develop or practice their American accent. Also great for kids wanting an American accent scene on their demo reel.
Learn: Basic American accent mouth structure, sounds, melody, and practice words/sentences. We will also run through an American accent vocal warm up.
Cost: $120
Receive: A PDF copy of the lesson with warm ups, and practice words and sentences. You will also receive a scene recorded on your SD card with professional lighting and sound.
